How do I get started?

Claim your offer by clicking any of the links above, “Book” your sessions, and show up! Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions, 646-727-4660.

How big are the classes?

We like to keep class sizes intimate, usually around 18 people, to ensure each client receives sufficient one-on-one attention for technique improvement. For Semi-Privates each sessions has a maximum of four participants.

How long do I have to complete my package?

There is a 30 day expiration. The goal of this offer is to fast-track your fitness journey, so completing your 5 sessions within these 4 weeks means you can accelerate your progress, refine your boxing skills, and experience noticeable results in a shorter time frame.

How do I schedule my classes?

We've made it easy! Just go to our "Classes" or "Semi-Private" tab, scroll to the bottom, and book the class or session that interests you the most!

Do you provide gear?

Yes, we are not one of those crappy studio places that charge you for air. We offer the use of our NON-SMELLY boxing gloves for FREE.
